America’s Most Loved Workplaces® recognizes exceptional workplace cultures across more than 25 industries
For the second year in a row, New Story has been certified as a Top 100 Most Loved Workplace® backed by the research and analysis of Best Practice Institute (BPI).
This year, New Story was recognized as #39 on the Top 100 Most Loved Workplace® list featured in the Wall Street Journal, underscoring the national significance of this achievement. The recognition affirms New Story’s deep commitment to fostering a supportive, mission-driven culture where team members are proud of the work we do in our schools and communities.
“We are so honored to have received this recognition from the most important part of our company – our people,” said Jon Bicknell, CEO. “Our incredible team brings passion, dedication, and deep knowledge and expertise to serve more than 5,000 students each year. I’m proud of the work they do each day, and grateful they are proud to work at New Story and our schools.”
Most Loved Workplaces® certify companies where employees are the happiest and most satisfied at work. New Story became certified as a Most Loved Workplace® based on its scores on the Love of Workplace Index™ which surveyed employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment including the level of respect, collaboration, support, and sense of belonging they feel inside the company.
"I started Most Loved Workplaces® out of inspiration from my community of people who consciously place love for their employees at the center of their business model," said Louis Carter, the founder, and CEO of BPI and a social/organizational psychologist, thought leader, entrepreneur, and author.
Backed by BPI’s original research that established the Most Loved Workplace® criteria, the organization surveyed more than 175 companies and over 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia. Their findings show that productivity increases as employee sentiment rises: 94 percent of respondents reported doing three to four times more work for a company they love, and 95 percent said they stay three to four times longer at organizations they love.
New Story is proud to be recognized among the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® and remains committed to cultivating a culture rooted in our values—where collaboration, inclusion, and growth are central to everything we do.
