On January 15, Rivermont Schools celebrated Virginia School Principals Appreciation Week to acknowledge and honor the unwavering efforts made by principals statewide. Staff members across the state expressed their gratitude and appreciation towards their school leaders. Principals were given the chance to express what the favorite part of their job is, and their responses were heart-warming. Their commitment and passion towards empowering students to achieve their greatest potential does not go unnoticed. The Rivermont family is proud of the positive impact made in communities.
While we couldn’t capture all the principals’ testimonies, here are some of the responses received from principals across the state.
